What Daniel Levy is now about to do as he delays Ange Postecoglou decision at Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur are in a state of limbo at the moment.
Indeed, it appears as though there are two very opposing forces acting on Daniel Levy at Spurs right now.
On one hand, Tottenham have just won the Europa League, hitting the highest high for a generation. However, at the same time, Spurs have just finished 17th, their lowest league finish in a long time.
Ange Postecoglou’s future remains unclear, and according to Tom Barclay, speaking on his YouTube channel, there won’t necessarily be an update on this front for a little while yet.
According to Barclay, a decision won’t come on Ange Postecoglou for at least another week, with the journalist noting that Daniel Levy is about to go on holiday so he’s not ready to make a decision yet.

Daniel Levy is about to go on holiday
Barclay shared what he knows about Levy and his upcoming plans.
According to the journalist, the Tottenham chairman is delaying taking action on Ange Postecoglou due to the fact he’s about to go on holiday.
“The main news is that we think it’s going to be at least a week. During this week it’s not expected to have a decision on Ange Postecoglou’s future, which I know is frustrating for everyone,” Barclay said.
“Primarily that’s because pretty much everyone is on holiday it appears. Ange has gone on holiday and a lot of the decision makers have gone on a post-season vacation as well. I believe Daniel Levy is going on holiday soon as well, if he hasn’t already. I’m not quite sure on that one, but I believe that’s the case.”
The Tottenham manager Daniel Levy used to go on holiday with
Levy is off on holiday over the next week, and it’s fair to suggest that he won’t be joined by Ange Postecoglou.
Once upon a time, Levy would actually go on holiday with one of his Spurs managers.
Indeed, according to , Levy used to often take Mauricio Pochettino on holiday with him to France and even South America at times.
Pochettino and Levy were very close, but even that couldn’t save the Argentine’s job.
Whether or not Levy decides to sack Postecoglou remains to be seen, but a little trip away may well remind Levy of the Pochettino era and that could sway his decision, especially as Pochettino has been tipped to return to Spurs.
